Concept, design and art direction for TalkTalk’s refreshed brand guidelines. The update introduced a vibrant and colourful new system — from refreshed palettes, gradients and logo treatments to the introduction of a new brand typeface. Alongside the visuals, the guidelines defined a warmer, more conversational tone of voice, helping the brand sound confident and approachable. The result was a refresh that modernised TalkTalk’s identity while giving teams a clear and practical toolkit to work with.
